Shawn Fellows - CEO Chief Executive Officer

About Shawn..

Shawn is the owner and operator of Diamond Amusements, a trusted leader in Georgia’s coin-operated amusement machine (COAM) industry. With over three decade of experience, Shawn has built the company around a core commitment to exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance, and long-term partnerships with local businesses.

A firm believer in the power of relationships, Shawn has shaped Diamond Amusements into a family-driven operation that values integrity, responsiveness, and reliability. Under his leadership, the company has developed one of the strongest technician teams in the industry, thanks to a hands-on approach to training, support, and professional development.

Shawn is actively involved in shaping the future of the COAM industry. He currently serves on several key committees, including:

Georgia Amusement and Music Operators Association (GAMOA) Executive Committee
AMOA Director Class 2028

These roles allow him to advocate for fair legislation, support responsible gaming practices, and represent the interests of operators and small businesses across the state.

Outside of work, Shawn is a proud father of four and enjoys spending time with his family, attending car shows, and giving back to his community.

Terri Spivey - COO Chief Operations Officer

About Terri..

With more than 25 years of experience in the Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) industry, Terri Spivey brings deep knowledge, leadership, and passion to her role as Chief Operating Officer of Diamond Amusements. A lifelong Georgian, Terri has dedicated her career to supporting local businesses, strengthening industry partnerships, and ensuring exceptional service across every Diamond Amusements location.

Terri is known not only for her operational expertise but also for her commitment to community service. She actively volunteers with organizations such as the Veterans of Foreign Wars, CURE Childhood Cancer, and Warrior Moms, reflecting her belief in giving back and supporting families, veterans, and children throughout Georgia.

Married for over 32 years, with one amazing son, Terri cherishes time spent traveling with her family and friends. When she’s not on the road or supporting a community initiative, you can find her cheering on the Atlanta Braves or on a lake in her pontoon, which she loves.

Terri’s blend of experience, leadership, and heart continues to help shape Diamond Amusements’ mission of serving communities with integrity, dedication, and a little fun along the way.

Bruce Reese - CFO Chief Financial Officer

About Bruce..

As CFO, Bruce oversees all financial and strategic planning functions, including accounting, treasury, compliance, and risk management. He 35 years of experience steering financial strategy and operational excellence across diverse ownership structures and high-growth organizations. Throughout his career, he has partnered with public, private, and privet equity-backed firms, consistently driving scalability, profitability, and sustainable value creation.

Since earning his master’s degree from Colorado State University in 2002, he has led transformative initiatives in fast-paced environments, implementing systems and processes that optimize efficiency and performance. His leadership style blends analytical rigor with steady decision-making, making him a trusted advisor in high-stakes environments.

Terra Horton - WSM Warehouse & Service Manager

About Terra..

With over 25 years in the COAM gaming industry, Terra has seen it all — from route management and machine setup to compliance and customer care. Known for being reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, she takes pride in helping Diamond Amusement grow while keeping operations smooth and compliant.

When Terra isn’t working in the COAM industry, you can usually find her outdoors with a fishing pole in hand or behind the drums and organ at Early Hope Ministries. Faith and family are at the heart of everything she does, especially spending time with her little best friend, her fur baby Casper. Terra is also a proud godparent to two amazing goddaughters, Kariah and Kennedy, who bring extra joy and laughter to life.

Cole Clopton - SMM Sales & Marketing Manager

About Cole..

Cole brings more than 17 years of sales and marketing experience to his work, combining strategic insight with a consistent, customer-first approach. A 2009 graduate of Mississippi State University, Cole has built a reputation for going above and beyond to ensure every customer is satisfied and every goal is met.

As a leader, Cole believes in setting the standard through action — guiding his team by example and fostering a culture built on accountability, commitment, and integrity.

Outside of work, Cole enjoys golfing, fly fishing, and spending quality time with his wife, toddler, and their pets. Whether he’s on the course, on the water, or at home, he brings the same focus, patience, and passion that define his professional life.

Miranda Fusia Accounting Controller

About Miranda..

Miranda graduated from Georgia State University in 2004 with a marketing degree and Georgia Southwestern State University in 2019 with an accounting degree. She brings almost 20 years of accounting, client relations, and process improvement experience across multiple industries. She oversees the daily accounting functions.

Miranda’s spare time is spent with her two daughters, husband, and two dogs. She enjoys reading, spending time outside, and attending concerts.

About Connie..

Connie is a Customer Service Professional with Forty years’ experience serving the public, with Fifteen of those in the COAM business & Eight years with Diamond. She Loves people & believes Customers are the Heart of your business & should be treated with Courtesy & Respect.

In her Spare time, she enjoys church, live music performances, & spending time with her Boyfriend, Cat, Dachshund, Family & Friends.

Hobbies: Baking, Cooking, Reading & Walking Trails

Miranda’s spare time is spent with her two daughters, husband, and two dogs. She enjoys reading, spending time outside, and attending concerts.
