Warehouse/Delivery/Installation Tech

Diamond Amusements is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic with the physical ability to deliver equipment & comfortably learn basic gaming setup as well as troubleshooting and repair various equipment in the field.

• Perform deliveries, installation, maintenance, and small repairs of gaming equipment on-site at customer locations.
• Ability to effectively analyze and troubleshoot to resolve technical problems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair hardware, software, and gaming related equipment.
• Troubleshoot repair and replace boards, some at the component level.
• Accurately track inventory to ensure adequate levels of equipment and supplies.
• Ability to safely lift or handle 50+/- pounds.
• Conduct routine route inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Operate hand truck and other machinery safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their equipment needs and service updates.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or certification preferred
• 3+ years as a field service technician
• Proven work experience as a field service technician
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to drive a company vehicle before the start date in the position
• Must be able to acquire a DOT medical card
• Must be at least 25 years of age
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Possess the ability to use hand/portable tools
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Excellent time management skills
• Mechanical and electrical skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Good communication and training skills
• Must have weekend flexibility

• Familiarity with network technologies and troubleshooting.
• Experience in the Gaming industry.
• Competence with basic hand tools.
• Comfortable with learning gaming software to configure equipment.
• Willingness to help physically move equipment from location to location.
• Problem-solving skills to identify & develop effective solutions quickly.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication with customers and team members. Spanish and/or second language is a huge plus.
• A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work is essential.
