Shawn Fellows
Shawn is the owner and operator of Diamond Amusements, a trusted leader in Georgia's coin-operated amusement machine industry. With more than three decades of experience, Shawn has built the company around a commitment to exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance, and long-term partnerships with local businesses.
A firm believer in the power of relationships, Shawn has shaped Diamond Amusements into a family-driven operation that values integrity, responsiveness, and reliability. His hands-on approach to training, support, and professional development has helped build a strong technician and service team.
Shawn is also actively involved in the COAM industry and serves in industry leadership roles including:

Outside of work, Shawn is a proud father of four and enjoys spending time with his family, attending car shows, and giving back to his community.

Terri Spivey
With more than 25 years of experience in the coin-operated amusement machine industry, Terri Spivey brings deep knowledge, leadership, and passion to her role as Chief Operating Officer of Diamond Amusements.
A lifelong Georgian, Terri has dedicated her career to supporting local businesses, strengthening industry partnerships, and ensuring exceptional service across Diamond Amusements locations.
Terri is also committed to community service and volunteers with organizations including the Veterans of Foreign Wars, CURE Childhood Cancer, and Warrior Moms.
Married for more than 32 years and the mother of one son, Terri enjoys traveling with family and friends, cheering on the Atlanta Braves, and spending time on the lake.
Chief Financial Officer
Bruce Reese
As Chief Financial Officer, Bruce oversees Diamond Amusements' financial and strategic planning functions, including accounting, treasury, compliance, and risk management.
He brings approximately 35 years of experience guiding financial strategy and operational excellence across diverse ownership structures and high-growth organizations. Throughout his career, he has worked with public, private, and private equity-backed firms while helping drive scalability, profitability, and sustainable value creation.
Since earning his master's degree from Colorado State University in 2002, Bruce has led transformative initiatives in fast-paced environments and implemented systems and processes designed to improve efficiency and performance.
Warehouse & Service Manager
Terra Horton
With more than 25 years in the COAM gaming industry, Terra has experience across route management, machine setup, compliance, and customer care.
Known for being reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, she takes pride in helping Diamond Amusements grow while keeping operations smooth and compliant.
Outside of work, Terra enjoys fishing and playing drums and organ at Early Hope Ministries. Faith and family are important parts of her life, along with spending time with her fur baby Casper and her goddaughters, Kariah and Kennedy.
Director of Sales & Business Growth
Cole Clopton
Cole brings more than 17 years of sales and marketing experience, combining strategic insight with a consistent customer-first approach. A 2009 graduate of Mississippi State University, Cole has built a reputation for going above and beyond to ensure customers are supported and business goals are met.
As a leader, Cole believes in setting the standard through action, guiding his team by example and fostering a culture built on accountability, commitment, and integrity.
Outside of work, Cole enjoys golfing, fly fishing, and spending time with his family and pets.

Miranda Fusia
Miranda graduated from Georgia State University in 2004 with a marketing degree and from Georgia Southwestern State University in 2019 with an accounting degree.
She brings nearly 20 years of accounting, client relations, and process improvement experience across multiple industries and oversees Diamond Amusements' daily accounting functions.
Outside of work, Miranda spends time with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs. She enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, attending concerts, and relaxing with friends.

Connie Stafford
Connie is a customer-service professional with approximately 40 years of experience serving the public, including more than 15 years in the COAM industry and eight years with Diamond Amusements.
She loves working with people and believes customers are at the heart of a successful business and should always be treated with courtesy and respect.
In her spare time, Connie enjoys church, live music, baking, cooking, reading, walking trails, and spending time with family, friends, and her pets.
